A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
November 20, 2018 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Jens, Kluis, Gunnink, and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard and Travis Smith. Excused Absence: Magnus
MSP to approve the agenda as modified.
MSP to approve the minutes from November 20, 2018.
MSP and carried that all claims as presented were approved for payment. The Chairman was authorized to sign the Audit List dated November 20, 2018 with fund totals as follows and warrants numbered 157522 – 157592:
County Revenue Fund 50,152.43
County Road & Bridge Fund 18,165.26
Ditch 129.80
Self Insurance 685.78
Sunrise Terrace 3,132.58
SAWS 154.00
Total 72,419.85
MSP to approve the ditch contractor bills for Judicial Ditch No. 3 totaling $4,715.30.
MSP to approve the ditch contractor bills for County Ditches No. 7, 11(2), 20(2), 29, 42, 57, 62(3), 67 and Judicial Ditch No.20, 20A totaling $24,401.28.
MSP to approve Pay Application No. 1 to Cooreman Contracting, Inc. for the County Ditch 29 Repair in the amount $39,713.40.
MSP to approve ditch inspection report for County Ditches No. 47, 65, 81(2), and Judicial Ditches No. 5, 6, 26.
MSP to declare the K-9 drug dog Abby as surplus property with a minimum value of $1.00 and the Sheriff’s Department to take care of the process of rehoming her.
MSP to approve the FY 2016 and FY 2017 State of Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources Block grant agreement Septic treatment system upgrade addendum.
MSP to approve recycling Christmas lights at no charge.
Open Forum/Public Comment – No members of the public were present.
MSP to approve the Commissioner Vouchers for the period of November 4, 2018 to November 17, 2018.
MSP to approve and authorize the Chair sign a box culvert replacement agreement with Murray Township.
MSP to approve setting a bid opening date for January 8, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. for a Mason Township bridge.
