A Holiday of Music is the theme for this year’s Fulda Elementary School Christmas Concert which will be held Monday, December 11, 7 p.m., in the elementary school gymnasium.
Students in kindergarten through sixth grade will be performing in the concert. Grades 2 and 3 will sing songs that focus on the instruments of Christmas including “Pat-a-Pan”, “Zumba, Zumba”, “Carol of the Drum” and “Season of Singing”.
Kindergarten and first grade students will tell a story entitled “The Magic Sleigh Ride” through poetry and songs including “Jingle Bells”, “Little Snowflake”, “Jolly Old St. Nicholas”, “Hear the Angels Singing”, “Ring the Bells”, and “Hallelu! It’s Christmas”.
Fourth through sixth graders will present songs that reflect on the sights, sounds, and feelings of Christmas. They will perform “Do You Hear What I Hear?”, “Holiday of Music” and “The World Sings Merry Christmas”.
The Fulda Elementary School Band, comprised of 5th and 6th grade students, will play “ Christmas Mash-up March”.
The public is invited to attend.
