A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
January 23, 2018, 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Kluis, Gunnink, Jens, Magnus and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard and Travis Smith.
MSP to approve the agenda as modified.
MSP to approve consent agent item number 1.
MSP to approve ditch contractor bill for Judicial Ditch No. 3 totaling $1,212.00
MSP to approve not renewing membership in the Transportation Alliance based on the recommendation of the County Engineer.
MSP to approve purchasing the equipment for the highway department based on the budget and long term plan.
MSP to approve closing the County Board meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3. C 3; to consider the purchase of parcel # 20-016-0071 or 20-014-0060.
MSP to approve coming out of closed session.
Open Forum –No members of the public were present.
MSP to approve increasing Annette Seivert’s hours to forty hours per week until a full time License Center supervisor is hired and training is completed.
MSP to approve the letter of support for United Community Action and authorize the Board Chair sign it.
MSP to approve closing the meeting pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13.D.05, subdivision 3(b), to communicate regarding a matter that is protected by the attorney-client privilege to receive advice regarding a hostile work environment harassment issue.
MSP to approve coming out of closed session.
MSP to approve closing the meeting pursuant to Minnesota. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3. for the evaluation of the performance of County Coordinator Aurora Heard.
MSP to approve coming out of closed session.
