Two wedding receptions have been held recently at Avoca Community Hall as the mayor and city council members, along with residents of the community, chose to make the hall available for special events.
Recently, Avoca City Council member, Justine Wettschreck, along with Jonelle Loehlein, manager of Avoca Liquor Store, talked about the decision to make the space available and what has happened since that decision was made.
