Murray County Central’s Nate Everson is currently third in the Red Rock Conference in scoring with an average of 20.9 points per league game. Fulda’s Tyler Madison is right behind in fourth place, averaging 18.6 points through 11 conference games.

Heron Lake-Okabena sophomore Eli Fest is sixth (16.2) and Adrian’s Christian Weidert ranks eighth his average of 16.1.

Also in the top 20 are MCC’s Mason Woldt (12th, 13.3) and Spencer Wajer (14th, 12.6), Fulda’s Payton Marquardt (15th, 12.5), Adrian’s Noah Reyne (16th, 12.3) and HL-O’s Brandon Hinkeldey (20th, 11.3).

Red Rock Central senior Spencer Halland (24.8) and Hills-Beaver Creek senior Preston Wilhelmi (23.6) are the conference’s two leading scorers.

Madison, Everson and Wajer rank fourth, fifth and ninth, respectively in three-point field shooting percentage. Madison has made 17-of-38 shots from behind the arc (44.7 percent), while Everson is 29-of-67 (43.3 percent) and Wajer has connected on 22-of-55 three-pointers (40.0 percent)

Everson is fifth in the league in free throw shooting percentage, hitting 25-of-31 for 80.6 percent. Marquardt is 11th (19-of-26 for 73.1 percent), MCC’s Jack Pierson is 14th (9-of-13 for 69.2 percent) and Fest is 16th (38-of-55 for 69.1 percent). Madison leads the conference in free throw attempts with 62 and Fest is third.

Madison, HL-O’s Lee Gunther, Adrian’s Lance Luettel and Pierson are all in the top nine in rebounding. Madison is third with 110 rebounds in 11 rebounds for an average of 10.0 rebounds per game. Gunther is sixth (8.1), Luettel ranks seventh (7.6) and Pierson is ninth (7.0). HL-O’s Ethan Koep , Adrian’s Weidert and MCC’s Blake Schmitz are in a three-way tie for 11th, each averaging 6.5 rebounds per conference game.

Westbrook-Walnut Grove’s Parker Freeburg (10.4) and RRC’s Halland (10.1) are the league’s top two rebounders.

HL-O’s Andrew Madsen is second in the conference in steals (3.1 per game), trailing only Southwest Minnesota Christian’s Avery Pater (3.2). Adrian’s Ian Stamer (2.6) and Reyne (2.4) rank fourth and fifth, respectively, while Fest (seventh, 2.2) and Marquardt (10th, 2.1) are also in the Top 10.

Freeburg leads the league in shot blocks (2.3) with Halland close behind (2.2). Koep (1.3) is in sixth place, while teammate Isaiah Schmid nine blocks in 10 games is ninth and MCC’s Tyler Winter (six blocks in seven games) is ranked 10th.

W-WG’s Andrew Quade leads the Red Rock is assists with 84 in 11 games (an average of 7.6 per game). Halland is second (5.4) followed by Fest (4.7), Pater (4.5), Everson (4.1) and Madison (4.0) in the Top Six. Marquardt is eighth (3.5) and MCC’s Justin Benda and Schmitz are tied for ninth, averaging 3.3 assists per conference game. Wajer and Madsen are tied for 14th (2.8) and Pierson along with Pierson (18th, 2.5) is also among the Top 20 in assists
