BPA students excel at regional competition

Business Professionals of America members from Fulda High School attended the Regional Competition in Granite Falls on Friday, February 3rd. Following are the results from the competitions.

•Parliamentary Procedure Team (advancing to State):

1st place – Kade Clark, Brandon Everett, Eli Gonzalez, Courtney Heppler, Courtney Zins, Claire Westra, Noah Salentiny, Aron Hulstein

•Parliamentary Procedures Concepts Test (advancing to State):

1st place – Kade Clarke

2nd place – Courtney Heppler

3rd place – Courtney Zins

•Fundamental Accounting (advancing to State):

2nd place – Courtney Heppler

•Extemporaneous Speech (advancing to State):

2nd place – Justin Dierks

•Broadcast News Production Team:

3rd place – Justin Dierks, Randi Tiesler, Kennedy Deuschle, Bailey Wagner

•Matthias Kunerth also participated in Parliamentary Procedure Concepts, and Financial Math and Analysis Concepts.

The BPA Spring Leadership Conference will be held in Minneapolis  on March 23-25.

BPA is a national co-curricular career and technical organization for high school, college and middle school students preparing for careers in business and information technology.
