CALL FOR BIDS
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 505
FULDA MN 56131
The School Board of the Fulda Public Schools (ISD No. 505) hereby calls for bids during the 2016-2017 school year. Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. on July 7, 2016 at a formal bid letting. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as bids and presented to the Superintendent prior to 1:00 p.m. on July 7, 2016. The bid will be approved/accepted at the 6:00 p.m. regular board meeting on July 11, 2016.
Item No. 1: Milk/Dairy Products
(To be delivered on a daily basis)
• 1/2 pints lowfat 1%
• 1/2 pints skim
• 1/2 pints chocolate
• 1/2 pints orange juice
*Cooler has to be supplied for storage if delivery is not every day.
Item No. 2: Bakery Products
Quotations should be the delivered price per loaf or dozen loaves to lunchrooms at the Fulda High School and Fulda Elementary, to include:
• One and one half pound sandwich bread loaves of white and whole wheat bread
• White and whole wheat hamburger buns
• One and one half pound sandwich loaves – iron fortified bread
• One and one half pound sandwich loaves – multi-grain bread (7 grain)
• One and one half pound sandwich loaves – whole grain white (25% whole grain)
• Whole grain white hamburger buns
• Whole grain 3” buns
• Whole grain white 3” buns
• Whole grain white hot dog buns
• 6” Coney Buns
• Footlong hotdog buns
• White and wheat steak buns

Item No. 3: Gasoline
Gasoline for use in school vehicles (diesel for owned tractors) to be dispensed at local service station. Include all taxes and discounts on the current pump prices on bids.
Item No. 4: Snow Removal
Requesting bids for snow removal in parking lots, sidewalks, and other areas designated during the 2016-2017 snow season. Bids should be based on an hourly rate.
Item No. 5: Softener Salt
Requesting bids for softener salt with prices per bag based on pallet lots.
