Chris Kemper, a resident of Lismore, began his duties as postmaster at the Fulda Post Office on Monday, March 16th.
Kemper, a graduate of Worthington High School, has worked for USPS for 21 years. His first six-year assignment was in Luverne, providing city delivery services. He also worked for two years in Luverne as an inside clerk. Kemper then served as the postmaster in Edgerton, then postmaster in Luverne, postmaster in Worthington and now is in Fulda.
He is married to Mindy. The couple has two children: Collin and Alexia.
Mindy, who is also a USPS employee, serves as the postmaster in Edgerton.
