The Fulda City Council voted to increase the Fulda Fire Relief Association from $1300 to $1400. It was approved to reimburse Dan Webb $675.00 for cleaning the city sewer main that served his property.
The EDA requested that Jerry Johnson be approved for an additional term. It was also discussed that the possibility of building a duplex or twin home on two lots of the Wood Duck Addition. The council offered some encouragement to pursue the idea. The structure would be adjacent to Front Street.
The city is in need of snow plow drivers with CDL licenses. There is some part-time help available but not all the time.
Fire department elections are complete with David Baumhoefner as Fire Chief, Ted Dierks as First-Assistant Chief, and Doug Canfield as Second Assistant Chief. The Fire/Amb/Township Annual Meeting is February 13 at 7:00 pm.
