SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 113
Summary: Ordinance 113 adds text amendments to chapter 151.28 section C, for accessory building distance.
“Accessory buildings and garages shall not exceed 15 feet in height and shall be 5 feet or more from all lot lines of adjoining lots (this includes the outer most part, including gutters, of the structure), except as noted in division (D) below; and shall not be located within a utility easement.”
The revision of Ordinance 225, passed on Monday 08-17-2017, is on file at Fulda City Hall, 102 3rd Street N.E. Fulda, MN for review from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
