Summary: Ordinance 122 adds text amendments to chapter 150.27 section B, subsection 5, for fence height and distance.
“In residential areas, shall not exceed 7 feet in height, measuring from the ground to the top of the fence. Fences within 6 inches of property line shall require the consent of the abutting neighbor.
The revision of Ordinance 122, passed on Monday 01-09-2017, is on file at Fulda City Hall, 102 3rd Street N.E. Fulda, MN for review from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
