Utilizing a stellar first-half team defensive effort, along with exceptional scoring balance throughout the game, the Heron Lake-Okabena / Fulda B-Squad girls basketball team earned a 42-34 victory over the Windom Eagles at Windom last Monday evening, February 3.
“This was probably our best overall performance of the entire season,” praised HLOF Coach Jonathon Curry. “We had great scoring balance with nine players contributing and played very good defense, holding Windom to just 14 first-half points, allowing us to build a nine-point lead.”
