Meeting called to order by Vice President Curt Kuhl. Secretary report read and approved. Treasure report read and approved. Old business: Club Christmas Party: Flyers were passed out and also will be mailed out to the members who were not at the meeting. The club will pay for 1/2 of the DJ at Key Largo. RSVP to Steph Strenge before November 13th on what choice of meat you would like. And also if you are interested in having the bus pick you up. If we don’t have enough interest in the bus, we will not get it for the night. The club received a Thank You from Maris Ahlers for the flowers the club sent to her dad’s funeral. Iron Horse MC Patch: Curt passed a few ideas around and got some ideas. Milt’s wife is going to work on it. The club (Steph) is going to try to get ahold of someone from the Bunny Hunt club and find out what is going on with the club. Tim is working on tickets for the chili cook off. Hopefully we will have some by the Club Christmas party. Christmas Party December 1st. Next meeting will be January 5th, at 6:30 at Avoca.
