State Senator Bill Weber announced on Monday, January 28th, through his newsletter, that Minnesota schools have begun receiving refund payments (from a prior school aid shift) earlier than expected.
The newsletter stated, Thanks to the previous legislatures budget, state surpluses are available to help pay the monies back to our districts. Schools in District 22 will be repaid by June 30, 2013.
