NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR COURT APPROVAL OF (1) STIPULATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT, (2) AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF THE VIOLA C. LARSON TRUST DATED OCTOBER 29, 2012, (3) CREATION OF A NEW WILL TO POUR INTO THE RESTATED AND AMENDED TRUST, AND (4) AMENDMENT OF FUND AGREEMENT



In Re: Guardianship and Conservatorship of Viola C. Larson, also known as Viola Larson and Vi Larson, Ward and Protected Person



IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Petition for Court Approval of (1) Stipulated Settlement Agreement, (2) Amendment and Restatement of the Viola C. Larson Trust dated October 29, 2012, (3) creation of a new Will to pour into the Restated and Amended Trust, and (4) Amendment Agreement Establishing the Maynard A. and Viola C, Larson Fund Under the Plan for Minnesota Community Foundation has been filed with the Court, The Petition requests an order from the Court for the following relief:

1. Approving of the Stipulated Settlement Agreement in the above matter;

2. Authorizing the Conservator to execute a restated and amended Viola C. Larson Trust dated October 29,2012 Trust in accordance with the

Stipulated Settlement Agreement,

3, Authorizing the Conservator to execute a new will to pour into the Viola C, Larson Trust dated October 29,2012, as restated and amended, in accordance with the Stipulated Settlement Agreement;

4. Authorizing the Conservator to execute the Amendment Agreement Establishing the Maynard A. and Viola C, Larson Fund Under the Plan for Minnesota Community Foundation; and

5. Granting such other relief as the Court may determine reasonable and proper.

Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court ten days prior to the hearing. lf no objections are filed the Petition may be granted. Further, any affected parties who do not make an appearance at the initial hearing in this matter will waive the right to object, will waive the right to thereafter appear in the action, and will not receive any further notices in this matter.

lT IS ORDERED, that the Petition will be heard on Monday, July 14,2014 at 2:00 p.m. before the Honorable Christina M. Wietzema, in the Murray County Government

Center, 2500 28th Street, Slayton, Minnesota 56172.

Notice shall be given to all affected persons named in the Petition as having or as claiming an interest in the estate planning documents and gifts at issue,

Notice shall be given by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order for Hearing to all affected persons named in the Petition as having or who may claim to have an interest

in the estate planning documents or gifts at issue, at their last known addresses by U,S. Postal Service at least 20 days prior to the hearing date.
