United State Postal Service employee, Jay Dekker, was recognized on Tuesday morning for 21 years of service and congratulated for his up-coming retirement. Dekker’s last official day of delivering rural mail will be on Friday, November 30th. A special letter written, to Dekker, and signed by US Postal Service District Manager, Anthony Williams, was read at the Fulda Post Office by Postmaster Jane Olsem.
