100 years of business as Elskamp Shoe Repair was celebrated by the Lois Elskamp family during the 2019 Fulda Wood Duck Festival. Members of the family rode through the Saturday night parade and were congratulated by the crowd. An Open House was held on Saturday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. for people to come into Elskamp Shoe Repair to visit with Lois and the family and enjoy some refreshments. History tours were given of the building and machines that the Elskamp’s used to provide a variety of services to Fulda and the surrounding communities throughout the 100 years.
