Fulda American Legion Post #318 Commander, Steve Magnus, is pictured above with Duane Mabon, Chapter Director of the Slayton Legion Riders Chapter 64. Mabon was present to accept a check for $250.00 from the Fulda American Legion Post #318 to be used for The American Legion Legacy Scholarship program. The American Legion’s Legacy Scholarship provides college scholarship money to children of post-9/11 veterans who died while on active duty, or have a combined VA disability rating of 50 percent or greater.
