A special Fulda City Council meeting was held on August 25th for the purpose of setting the 2017 budget. The result was a levy increase of 4.53% over 2016. The increase will generate $16,771 over 2016 for a total property tax of 386,696.00.
Total revenues projected for 2017 are $1,206,027.00 with expenditures at $1,181,663.00.
The levy was approved by the Fulda City Council and will be sent to Murray County.
The next regular council meeting will be September 5 at 7:00 PM.
