The Fulda City Council held there regular meeting Monday night. A zoning request special hearing was held for the proposed 100 ft. x 100 ft bus garage on the Witzel property behind Witzel’s Auto Service. The bus garage as well as the garage would only exit to the east. The request was approved.
The regular meeting started with Brian VanderBeek of Brian’s Supper Club asked about annexing into the city. He would like to know the cost of hooking to city sewer compared to installing his own sewage system. Mike Baerenwald said he would like a sewer hook up also. There is a sewer on the east side of Highway 59 in the center of the ditch and from there it would be the property owners expense. Annexation into the city is a requirement for city sewer.
