Fulda Memorial Library Happenings

We are pleased to announce that the library started entryway pick up of library materials on Monday, May 4th.  The library has been closed with no services or staff present since March 28th, following the governor’s Stay at Home order.  Library items of all types, including books, audio books, movies, and board games are available for pick up, along with items from other open libraries in our system. You can request items by placing holds on the Plum Creek Library System online catalog: https://opac.plumcreeklibrary.net/  or by contacting library staff by phone: 425-3277 or email: fuldalibrary@gmail.com.  Library staff will let you know when your items are ready. Items will be checked out to you and you pick them up from a table located at the entryway of the library practicing social distancing.  Books may be returned in the outside book drop.  Both returned and delivery items will be quarantined before use. The library building will remain closed to the public. For the time being, library hours will be slightly different from the usual.  Library staff will be available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Please contact the library with questions about any library services. Our digital resources, providing free e-books and downloadable audio books, are available 24/7, along with free WiFi around the library building.  Emily and Dwayna are putting together a virtual Summer Reading Program for community kids since we may not be able to get together like we’re used to.  Watch for more details soon.  Check the library website:  https://fuldamn.com/fulda-memorial-library or Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/fuldalibrary/ for the most current information.
