Fulda School Board approves head wrestling coach contract

At Monday evening’s Fulda School Board meeting, a contract was approved for Andrew Olson to be the Head Wrestling Coach for the 2017-2018 school year.

Other contracts that were approved were with Alice Spartz as the Project Cope Director and Brittany Timmerman and Cathy Salentiny, Paraprofessionals.

Andrea Uhl, Financial Specialist with Ehlers was present to confirm the numbers for the $800,000 General Obligation Aid Anticipation Certificates of Indebtedness. The Resolution Authorizing the Issuance, Awarding Sale of Aid Anticipation Certificates of Indebtedness was approved  by the School Board members.

The School Board also approved the Fulda High School and Fulda Elementary School Handbooks.

146 students  are enrolled at  Fulda High School, and 194 students are enrolled at Fulda Elementary for the 2017-2018 School year.  Seventh grade will have 19 students, 8th grade, 25 students, 9th grade, 22 students, 10th grade, 27 students, 11th grade, 25 students and 12th grade, 28 students. 24 students are enrolled in kindergarten, 25 in 1st grade, 24 in 2nd grade, 27 in 3rd grade, 20 in 4th grade, 22 in 5th grade, 27 in 6th grade and 25 in preschool.
