As in any election year, voters can only make informed choices about candidates when they are educated about who the candidates are and what the candidates consider to be important to the office they are running for.
Recently, the following candidates for the offices of Fulda School Board shared their responses to informational questionnaires sent to them by the Fulda Free Press.
Question number 1 was: “Please introduce yourself…name, address, number of years in Fulda, previous experience, family members and any other information you would like to include.”
Question number 2 was: “What do you consider your best qualifications for school board?”
Question number 3 was: “What, if any, is your platform for running?”
Questions number 4 was: “What do you think is the biggest issue facing the Fulda School District at this time?”
Question number 5 was: “What would you do to improve current school policies?”
Currently on the Fulda School District #505 Board are Stan Kramer, Jason Appel, Tom Klein, Linda Lund, Theane Pagel, Phil Kramer and Don Tiesler.
The following candidates are vying for the open seats currently held by Linda Lund, Don Tiesler, and Tom Klein.
