Fulda Senior Center gifted donations for new dishwasher

On Wednesday, Fulda Senior Center site manager, Margaret Popp, presented an early Christmas present to those attending for the meal. “You all know that we are in desperate need of a new dishwasher because the one that we have is not going to be able to continue functioning. Ricci and I received wonderful news today and we want to share it with you. Nobles Cooperative Electric gave $750 towards the dishwasher through their Operation Roundup Program. Today we learned that they are giving us an additional $3,105 through the K12 program. The Fulda Lion’s Club has also committed to donate $500.00. So, as of today, we have funds to pay for the new dishwasher. We do have the donation barn set up because we do still need funds to pay for the installation of the new dishwasher. Merry Christmas, everyone! It is such good news.”
