Loretta and the late Bill Gehl were honored on Saturday at a special dedication held near the 1914 Caboose at the Fulda Depot. The couple was recognized for their loyalty, dedication and devotion to the Fulda Heritage Society, and for the extensive work they did in securing the caboose.
A special plaque, along with two photos, have been framed and will now hang inside of the caboose as a reminder of the Gehl’s dedication to the preservation of the history of Fulda.
