NOTICE OF HEARING ON VIEWERS’ REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE REDETERMINATION OF BENEFITS
MURRAY-NOBLES JUDICIAL DITCH NO. 11
The Murray-Nobles Joint Drainage Authority Board for Judicial Ditch No. 11 finds as follows: that a proceeding has been commenced for the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited areas and damaged areas of Murray-Nobles Judicial Ditch No. 11; that said proceeding is now pending; that the Viewers appointed herein have made and filed their report in the office of the Murray County Auditor-Treasurer.
The Murray-Nobles Joint Authority Board for Judicial No. 11 establishes: Thursday August 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Room of the Murray County Government Center (2500 28th Street), Slayton, MN as the time and place to hear and consider the Viewer’s Report; and that all persons interested in the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited and damaged areas of Murray-Nobles Judicial Ditch No. 11, are invited to appear and be heard by the Murray-Nobles Joint Drainage Board, at that time, for or against the proposed proceeding and with respect to any other matters in connection with it.
Judicial Ditch No. 11 provides drainage to portions of Sections 31, 32 and 33 in Belfast Township, Murray County; Section1 in Seward Township, Nobles County and Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Graham Lakes Township, Nobles County.
The redetermined area, which lies over parts of Belfast Township, Murray County and Seward and Graham Lakes Townships in Nobles County contains the following land owners in each section and each political subdivision that may be affected.
