FOR THE RIGHT TO MAKE MINOR ALTERATIONS OR CHANGES IN JUDICIAL DITCH NO. 14 IN MURRAY COUNTY
NOTICE OF HEARING
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN JUDICIAL DITCH NO. 14 IN MURRAY COUNTY:
The Murray County Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 14 has received a petition from the State of Minnesota, by Margaret Anderson Kelliher, its Commissioner of Transportation, pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 161.28. The Petition requests to make minor alterations to Judicial Ditch No. 14 during the construction and maintenance of Trunk Highway No. 91. Said minor alterations or changes petitioned will not affect the functioning nor impair the efficiency of said Judicial Ditch No. 14. The Petition is on file in the office of the Murray County Auditor-Treasurer.
A hearing is scheduled on March 5, 2019 at 10:45 a.m. in the Commissioner Room of the Murray County Government Center, 2500 28th Street, Slayton, MN 56172 at which time all persons interested in said ditch system may appear and present arguments for or against the granting of said Petition.
