Leading from start to finish, the Heron Lake-Okabena / Fulda B-Squad boys’ basketball team improved its season record to 7-6 with a 20-point victory over the Edgerton Flying Dutchmen (65-45) at Edgerton last Tuesday evening, January 14.
In winning their third straight game, the Coyotes jumped out to a 32-22 halftime lead and widened the spread to 20 by outscoring the Dutchmen 33-23 after intermission.
A total of 12 players scored in the victory for HLOF, including a team-high 13-point performance by sophomore guard Parker Murphy, who netted a trio of three-pointers, along with a pair of two-point field goals.
