In memory of Colleen Dolph

Colleen Patricia Dolph, the daughter of Leo and Dolores (Hager) Crowley, was born on March 12, 1950 in Fulda, MN. She grew up on a farm west of Fulda and attended St. Gabriel’s Catholic School and the Fulda High School graduating in 1968. She earned her education degree from Mankato State University. Colleen began her teaching career following graduation and taught in several schools throughout the area. Colleen was united in marriage to Mark Dolph on July 12, 1986 at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Fulda. After their marriage they lived in numerous cities in the U.S. and countries around the world while Mark was enlisted in U. S. Air force. She moved back to Minnesota and worked for SMOC-Head Start until her retirement in May of 2016. Colleen was diagnosed with lung and breast cancer in October of 2016. She passed away on July 1, 2017 at the Our House Hospice Home in Slayton, MN at the age of 67. She enjoyed teaching, especially her head start children as well as watching tennis, the Minnesota Twins and traveling.

Survivors include her siblings, Diane (Lenny) Matthews of Eagan, MN, Marie (James) DeLaHunt of Apple Valley, MN, Mike (Kristi) Crowley of Fulda, MN, Gerald (Gabriella) Crowley of Hallandale Beach, FL, Cathy (Doug) Stewart of Fulda, MN, Patrick (Lori) Crowley of Lakeville, MN, Margaret Ettel of Egan, MN, Glenn (Sheila) Crowley of Fulda, MN, Peggy Crowley of Egan, MN, Deborah Haper of Fulda, MN, Daniel (Sandy) Crowley of Becker, MN and Shannon (Craig) Bakke of Fulda, MN; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Services at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church Fulda, MN at 10:30 AM on Saturday, September 2, 2017 with Msgr. R. Paul Heiting celebrating.  The organist is Dana Hogan. The song leader is Sheila Crowley. The honorary pallbearers are her siblings. Interment at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery Fulda, MN.
