In a “normal” week in this column, you would be reading about an adventure that Linda has been on, or being uplifted and encouraged by the words she writes.
But in this week’s publication of Joy in the Journey, we ask that you pray for healing for Linda and uplift her with encouraging words.
On Sunday afternoon, Linda’s husband, Dan, and Linda were on two very different missions, albeit both of assisting others in need. Dan was working with fellow church members to remove water from a flooded basement. Linda had delivered a meal to someone who had broken their ankle. On her drive to go to where Dan was, Linda was involved in a two-vehicle accident.
Although there is much more information about this journey for Linda and her family, the short story is that she was sent from the hospital in Worthington to Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls for observation and further testing.
