December 14, 2017, 10:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Kluis, Gunnink, Jens and Thiner. Also, present Aurora Heard and Laurel Pugh, County Labor Attorney. Excused Absence: Commissioner Magnus.
The County Board met with Law Enforcement Labor Services.
Also Present: Jay Maher and Kevin McGrath, LELS Business Agents, Kim Sobieck, LELS Attorney, Lucas Isder, Deputy Sheriff, John Wiggins, Deputy Sheriff, Jarrod Larson, Deputy Sheriff, Lee Meinders, Deputy Sheriff Ryan Baker, Deputy Sheriff, Prestin Parker, Deputy Sheriff’s, Devin Gillette, Int. Deputy Sheriff, Chris Lewis, Drug/General Investigator, Heath Landsman Emergency Management Director/Deputy Sheriff.

LELS voted in favor of ratifying the agreement. The labor contract language will be updated for both LELS and County Board approval.
