September 20, 2016 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Moline, Jens, Magnus, Kluis and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard and Travis Smith
MSP to approve the agenda as modified.
MSP to approve consent agenda items 1 & 2.
MSP the Audit list dated September 20, 2016 with fund totals as follows and warrants numbered:

MSP paying ditch bills the following ditch bills:
CD 37, CD 40, CD 82, CD 20, CD 61, CD 73 AND JD 3
MSP to set 2016 forfeited land values.
MSP the redetermination of benefits for County Ditch 63.
MSP the redetermination of benefits for county ditch 40.
MSP to set the Final Hearing for the Improvement of Judicial Ditch 8.
MSP to set the hearing date for the Redetermination of Benefits for Murray County Judicial Ditch No. 19.
MSP to set a hearing for the partial abandonment of Murray County Ditch 30/
MSP to accept a $489.33 donation from Modern Woodmen of America Chapter 487.
MSP to approve the 2017 Snowmobile Maintenance Grant Agreement.
MSP a resolution approving a grace period for new uniform allowance for non-federal entities.
MSP ditch Petition #2016-054; Petition #2016-056 and JD 28, 12, Shetek Twp.
MSP for any Commissioner attend the WPA land dedication ceremony for Commissioner Giese at 11:00 a.m. on October 1, 2016 located 18 miles west of Windom on Hwy. 62 at the 6 mile marker.
MSP to have the Commissioners appointed to Building Committee negotiate with MMC school regarding the gymnasium expansion.
MSP to approve the updated Park Board bylaws.
MSP to approve the retirement of Terry Johnson, Lead Mechanic.
MSP to approve changing to Health Partners dental.
MSP to approve any Commissioner attend the Strategic Planning meeting at the Museum.
MSP to send layoff notices to Soil and Water employees, as Soil and Water will be receiving an appropriation.
MSP to approve the Water Resources Technician job description.
MSP to approve advertising for the Water Resources Technician position.
MSP to approve the Commissioner Vouchers for the period of August 28, 2016 to September 10, 2016.
MSP to approve a Special Meeting for CD 22.
MSP to approve a change order in the amount $4,000 for a drain on the roof.
