  A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD

August 2, 2016 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Moline, Jens, Kluis, Magnus and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard and Travis Smith.

MSP to approve the agenda as modified.

MSP to approve consent agenda item 1.   

MSP all claims as presented were approved for payment.  The Chairman was authorized to sign the Audit List dated August 2, 2016 with fund totals as follows and warrants numbered 150295 – 150362:

County Revenue Fund  36,593.66

County Road & Bridge Fund 5,451.28

EDA133.10

Ditch 35.98

Self Insurance 672.00

Sunrise Terrace 723.04

Total 43,609.06

MSP to approve ditch contractor bills for County Ditches No. 40, 57, and 75 and Judicial Ditches 19 and 14.

MSP refunding Painted Prairie Vineyard 1/6 ($100.00) of the liquor license fee.

MSP ditch inspector report petitions 2016-046 and 2016-047.

MSP to create a proposal for the basic renovation of the food service building to be rented for $1,000 per month to include heating, cooling, electric, snow removal, garbage, and water and sewer, tenant would be responsible for janitorial, internet and phone.

MSP Commissioner Vouchers for the period of July 17, 2016 to July 30, 2016.

MSP to accept the resignation of Stephanie Marble effective July 26, 2016.

MSP for Coordinator Heard obtain prices for key fobs for interior and exterior doors of the courts and government center building.

MSP denying additional damages for County Ditch 73.
