The Murray County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, November 7. Auditor/treasurer Heidi Winter presented the warrants and ditch bills. Pay application No. 1 for the Lime Lake Bathroom Project was approved for payment.
A subordination agreement request was granted to Dawn Noerenberg for property for a Small Cities Development Program Loan. Murray County is the fiscal host for the regional multi-county loan program. The loan may be forgiven in August of 2021 if the property remains as the individual’s primary residence.
Howard Konkol, ditch inspector, presented the petitions for repair. County Ditch #43M Belfast Township,
Section 16- collapsed tile, Judicial Ditch #19 Cameron Twp. Sec. 25 – crushed tile, CD #40 Bondin Twp. Sec. 24 – Beaver Dam and plugged tile, and JD #03 Dovray Twp. Sec. 2 – Plugged tile, water standing in field, unable to harvest crop. Petitions were approved for repair. Judicial Ditch #8 Cameron Township was discussed and the board agreed the warranty of the tile intake needs to be extended.
