A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
July 26, 2016 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Moline, Jens, Kluis, Magnus and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard and Travis Smith.
MSP to approve the agenda as modified.
MSP to approve consent agenda items 1 and 2.
MSP to approve ditch contractor bills for Judicial Ditches No. 3 and 20 totaling $4,365.50
MSP to approve Pay Application No. 1 to Dave Hulstein Excavating, Inc. for the County Ditch 61 Improvement Project in the amount $43,438.95.
MSP to authorize a payment of $2,189.87 to Engelkes Electric further moving that this payment be in addition to the $7,000 authorized on June 7, 2016 for installing new service for the racetrack tech shed, pit lighting and yard lights. (Total payment to Engelkes Electric $9,189.87)
MSP to approve the Hwy 59 Pit Shop/Meyeraan Auction to use the Swine Barn on an available date in September to host a sale from approximately noon to 6:00 p.m.
MSP to approve any Commissioner can attend the Land Use Training on September 14, 2016 in St. Cloud.
Open Forum/Public Comment – No members of the public were present.
MSP to approve appointing Harley Wahl to the SAWS Committee.
MSP to approve any Commissioner attend a buffer training on August 8 in Mankato or August 29 in Marshall.
