A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY
March 26, 2019 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Gunnink, Jens, Thiner, and Welgraven. Also present was Amy Rucker. Excused absence: Commissioner Kluis.
MSP to approve the agenda as modified.
MSP to approve consent agenda item number 1 with one correction.
MSP to approve ditch contractor bill for Judicial Ditch No. 3 totaling $2,398.00.
MSP to approve ditch contractor bill for County Ditch No. 22 totaling $4,488.80.
MSP to call special meetings to conduct 2020 departmental budget reviews on the following dates: July 8 & 9, 2019 beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day.
MSP to authorize the Building Committee and Auditor/Treasurer Heidi Winter to investigate potential solutions to the mold and HVAC issues.
MSP to approve ditch inspection report for County Ditch No. 81.
MSP Resolution 2019-03-26-01, 2019 National Service Recognition Day Proclamation.
MSP to approve and authorize the Board Chair to sign a permission letter granting Pyrotechnic Display, Inc. the right to use Seven Mile Lake County Park for a public works fireworks display on June 14, 2019 (June 15, 2019 rain date).
MSP to approve the Commissioner Vouchers for the period of March 10, 2019 to March 23, 2019.
