Cassey and Elizabeth (Pals) Bratcher of Manhatten, KS, are proud to announce the birth of Rosalee Jude born on March 10, 2017, weighing 6 lbs. 9 oz. and measuring 20 1/4 inches long. She is welcomed home by big brother, Mac.
