Nobles Cooperative Electric held its Annual Meeting April 8 at the Wilmont VFW with 200 registered members.
The business meeting included reports from Nobles Cooperative Electric President Ronald Schwartau and General Manager Adam Tromblay, along with Vice President and Chief Generation Officer Rick Lancaster from Great River Energy.
Director Jerry Beckering was elected from District 4 and Director Bruce Barber was re-elected from District 6 to serve a three-year term.
The Nominating Committee member candidates elected were Lyle Kramer from District 3, Randy Buntjer from District 5 and Jim Buschena from District 7.
The board held a reorganization meeting and elected officers: Ronald Schwartau, president; Lee York, vice president; and David Clarke, secretary/treasurer.
Nobles Cooperative Electric serves approximately 6,700 members in Murray and Nobles Counties with a strong commitment to the communities they serve.
