PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Managers of the Heron Lake Watershed District proposes to adopt the following budget for the year 2020 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 103D.905 Subdivision 3.

A hearing on the foregoing shall be held by the board of managers on the 20th day of August, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at the Heron Lake Community Center located at 312 Tenth Street in the City of Heron Lake, Minnesota.
