NOTICE OF SALE
OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
Windmill Mobile Home Park, LLC has a retaining lien under Minnesota Statute Section 514.18, and a right of detainer under Minnesota Statute Section 514.19, on the following items of personal property, to wit: 3 Manufactured Homes. Said Manufactured Homes will be sold at public auction by the Murray County Sheriffs office on the 19th day of April, 2017 at 10 AM at the lobby of the Law Enforcement Center located at 2558 29th St., Slayton, MN 56172.
The sale shall be conducted to pay and satisfy liens for storage and care (exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof) which are claimed to be due and owing on the following manufactured homes: 1) 1978 Skyline, located at 606 Marshall St., Fulda, MN owned by Jason and Bridget Mastbergen, in the amount of $3915, plus taxes in the current amount $711.36; 2} 1972 Artline 10 X 50, located at 608 Marshall St., Fulda, MN owned by David Welling, in the amount of $2700, plus taxes in the current amount of $459.76; and 3) 1974 Hillcrest 12 X 46, located at 610 Marshall St., Fulda, MN owned by Martin Hernandez, in the amount of $3915, plus taxes in the current amount of $36.23.
That the purchaser(s) of the above·described manufactured home(s) must remove the same
from Windmill Mobile Home Park, LLC; alternatively, refurbish any such manufacture home(s) to the satisfaction of the lien holder, and any occupancy thereafter must be approved by Windmill Mobile Home Park, LLC.
