Henry Grunow passed away on November 14th at the age of 85 years old.

Mary Heger shares her memories of the traumatic days in 1963 when President Kennedy was assassinated. It was twenty-five years ago – a Tuesday – that the nation mourned as one! Mary worked in Washington at the State Department during the time J.F.K. was in office. The State Department worked diligently meeting plane after plane to transport foreign heads of state and ambassadors to their embassies.

The Christmas season is upon us as the Fulda city crew works to hang poinsettias and wreaths on St. Paul Avenue.

Sunday liquor was passed in the November election. The Fulda City Council voted 4-1 to lower the on-sale liquor license from $1,000 to $500 and set the Sunday liquor license at $100 with hours from 12 noon to 1 a.m.

Fulda FLA/FHA members sponsor Fulda Business Penny Wars – there is only one week left to join the battle.

The Fulda School Board spent part of their meeting reviewing the audit presented to them by Turbes, Drealen, Kvilhaug & Co., P.A.,

New Vision Coop holds grain marketing meeting complete with a tour of the new grain storage facility at Heron Lake.
