A deal was made here on Monday whereby Tom Probst of Pipestone purchased the Koopmann Jewelry store from Peter Koopmann who has operated the jewelry store since 1903.

Sixth graders Laura Wendorff and Stacie Sturm hand over the collection of pop tabs to Jerry Van Oort who will take them to the Ronald McDonald House in the Cities. The FLA Pop A Top campaign, which collected 18 and 1/2 pounds of tabs, to began as a small project to help families who stay at the Ronald McDonald Houses.
Warrior wrestlers held their Individual District Tournament in Ellsworth this past Saturday.
The Fulda-Slayton Warriors won the District 8 Title ended the decade-long domination of the Adrian Dragons defeating them 37-15.
