Memorial Day Services to be held in Fulda and Dundee on May 30th.
Vandals strike – at about 1:50 a.m. Saturday morning an explosion occurred at the baseball park demolishing the outdoor bathroom which was locked at the time. The blast is believed to have been set off by dynamite and is under investigation.

Beginning May 27th a detour on a stretch of Highway 59 will take travellers through Fulda. The detour heads west on County State Aid Highway 2 and north on CSAH 34 to hook up with highway 59 again. For the convenience of all drivers a four way stop has been place at the junction of St. Paul Avenue and Front Street. Construction is due to the replacement of a bridge on Highway 59, 2 miles north of Fulda.
Doug and Deb Houseman family act as Host Family for March of Dimes walk in Worthington.
Cheryl Thiner and Grace Meier, representing the Fulda Memorial Library Board explained the proposed library addition to the City Council at a recent meeting.

Three local ladies have military past; Mary Goettig, Ruth Amundson, and Irene Leopold Erickson.
Parents of 1987-88 First Graders asked the Fulda School Board to hire an additional teacher for the 53 students expected to enroll. The board took the matter under advisement.
Memorial Day Service was held at the Fulda High School on Monday.
Karie Smith and Kristopher Karr were united in marriage on May 2nd at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Worthington.
Fritz Reusse, 91 passed away on Sunday in Fullerton, California.
Blanche Osness passed away on May 11th at the age of 79 years old.
