Fulda Community Education Play Parks participants had a great time making their own candy bags for the 2019 Fulda Wood Duck Festival Parade. The children were encouraged to decorate the bags with original artwork using markers, crayons, googly eyes, stickers, and foam shapes.
They also enjoyed hearing a story and playing on the playground equipment in Fulda City Parks.
