A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
Special Meeting December 15, 2016 1:00 p.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Moline, Jens, Magnus, Kluis and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard, Dennis Goebel, and Linda Lassen,
Murray County Medical Center Board Members: Kevin Vickerman, William Wassner, and Lenore Wendorff.
Dennis Goebel, MCMC CEO, reviewed a Rural Health Care Summitt Presentation.
The meeting was recessed.
The meeting was called back to order with the following members present: Commissioners Moline, Jens, Magnus, Kluis and Thiner. Also present Aurora Heard.
MSP to approve going into closed session for the evaluation of the performance of Museum Coordinator Janet Timmerman pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3.
MSP to approve coming out of closed session.
MSP to approve going into closed session for the evaluation of the performance of County Assessor Marcy Barritt pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3.
MSP to approve coming out of closed session.
MSP to approve going into closed session for the evaluation of the performance of Sunrise Terrace Director Carol Veldhuisen pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3.
MSP to approve coming out of closed session.
MSP to approve going into closed session for the evaluation of the performance of County Coordinator Aurora Heard pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3.
MSP to approve coming out of closed session.
