PUBLIC NOTICE
The Murray County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 20, 2016, commencing at 7:30 pm, in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN, to take public comment and act on the following request:
Applicant: Jeff Pronk
Property Location: Lots 9 & 10, Block 1, Lake Sarah Summer Resort; and Outlot E, Block 1, Sarah’s Addition, Section 22, Lake Sarah Township, Murray County
Application: Requesting a variance from the maximum allowed 720 square foot limit for a non-water-oriented structure in the Shoreland Residential District.
