PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROPOSING MAYOR/COUNCIL WAGES FOR 2019 & 2020
The City Council of the City of Fulda, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on September 10th, 2018 for the purposes of receiving public comment on a proposal to adjust Mayor / Council Wages beginning with the new Council Term effective January 7, 2019. It is proposed:
Section 1
A. The Mayor of the City of Fulda will receive an annual salary $2,650.00 effective January 7, 2019, which is an increase of $250.00 for serving as Mayor and performing all duties associated with the office.
B. Effective January 6, 2020, annual salary increases by an additional $250.00 for an annual salary of $2,900.00.
Section 2
A. Each member of the City Council of the City of Fulda will receive an annual salary of $2,350.00, effective January 7, 2019, which is an increase of $250.00 for serving on the council and performing all duties associated with the office.
B. Effective January 6, 2020, annual salary increases by an additional $250.00 for an annual salary of $2,600.00.
The Public Hearing will commence at 6:15 p.m. on Monday, September 10th, 2018 at City Hall, 102 – 3rd Street NE, Fulda, MN. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk in advance of the meeting at cityoffulda@swwnet.com or mailed to City of Fulda, PO Box 372, Fulda, MN 56131.
