The Murray County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Drainage Authority for County Ditch 76A, received a petition for Impounding, Rerouting, or Diverting Drainage System Waters, Pursuant to M.S. §103E.227 and Partial Abandonment of County Ditch 76A pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §103E.806 and will conduct a Hearing on the petition on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Room of the Murray County Government Center, Slayton MN.
