Raiders slay Panthers on Friday

Fulda used a strong second half outscoring their Ellsworth opponent 42-20 to come away with the 73-54 victory on Friday night.

The visiting Panthers, 0-8, on the year proved they were in it to win it on Friday night. Ellsworth challenged every trip down the court and headed into the locker room at half with a three point advantage (34-31) over the home team.

Fulda put the first points on the board with back-to-back scores from Dalton Slinger.

Ellsworth went to work with Brandon Kramer and Nathan Wallenberg (3-pointer) scoring to push the Panthers out front, 5-4. Wallenberg added a layup and hot to gain the 9-4 lead.
