Rennaisance Festival

Pastor Shawn and Davina Ethridge took their family to the Rennaisance Festival on Saturday, August 25th, in celebration of Caleb’s 13th birthday (August 27th). The family dressed in costume for the event. Each child worked with their father to make leather frogs to compliment their costumes. As one of the events of their day, Davina rode an elephant!. The family watched acrobats, jugglers, and Scottish log hurling games, petted kangaroos, saw lemurs, looked at walking staffs and a large variety of other Rennaisance Festival wares. The family decided that their favorite was the on-stage performers, “The Danger Committee”. These three men juggled, threw knives, played with fire and entertained with rousing comedy.
